Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator, i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data will be used, in the field of marketing activities is ODNOVA III Sp. z o.o. sp.j., with headquarters in Cracow (31-102), ul. Zwierzyniecka 14/9, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000888389, NIP number: 676-252-14-92, REGON number: 380664808 (hereinafter "We", "ODNOVA" or "Company").

You can contact the administrator by e-mail: biuro@odnova.pl - where you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing and promotional purposes as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can contact us in person at the administrator's premises.

Where do we get your data from?

We received them from you by filling in the contact form on our website www.wolczanska4.pl.

What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by ODNOVA?

We process your personal data based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO), in order to:

• acceptance and recognition of your request for an offer or request for contact that you expressed by completing and submitting the contact form, and
• conducting marketing activities consisting in sending you, to your e-mail address or contacting you at the telephone number provided, with information about our current activities.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. If applicable, you can use the unsubscribe option, which is available in every e-mail containing a commercial offer sent based on your marketing consent.

If there is no such link in the commercial information sent, you can send an e-mail regarding the withdrawal of consent to the following address: f.leszczynski@odnova.pl. You can also submit such a declaration in person at our headquarters.

We will process your personal data for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent. Remember that the withdrawal of consent has effects only for the future - we will no longer process your data for marketing purposes, but the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn will be justified.

Do you need to provide us with your personal data?

Providing your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number) is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your request and present our offer to you. If, when consenting to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, you do not provide us with your contact details, we will not be able to effectively inform you about our current offer.

What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data?

In accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit their processing, the right to transfer data, not to be subject to automated decision making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

ACCESS TO THE DATA
INCLUDING RECEIVING COPIES OF DATA (Article 15 RODO)

You can redeem them at any time. Also remember that in the event of subsequent requests to obtain a copy of the data, the administrator may charge you a fee resulting from the administrative costs of implementing such subsequent request (Article 15 (3) of the RODO).

CORRECTION OF DATA (Art.16 RODO)

At any time when you notice that your data is incorrect or incomplete (Article 16 of the RODO).

DELETION OF DATA "RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN" (Article 17 of the RODO)

You can ask the administrator with this request when:

• the processing of personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; you have withdrawn your consent, if your consent was the basis for processing;
• you have objected and there are no overriding, legitimate interests of the administrator;
• the processing is unlawful;
• the obligation to remove arises from the provisions of law.

PROCESSING RESTRICTION (Article 18 RODO)

You can ask the administrator with this request when:

• you notice that your data is incorrect; you raise an objection; - you can request that the processing of your personal data be restricted for a period that allows us to check the correctness of this data or the validity of your objection;
• the data is being processed unlawfully, but you object to its erasure;
• the purpose of data processing was achieved by the administrator, but you need the data to establish, assert or defend claims; - the data will be stored until you request its removal.

DATA TRANSFER (Art.20 RODO)

You can make this request at any time. It consists in obtaining your personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. If technically possible, we will be able to send your data in this form to another administrator indicated by you.

OBJECTION (Article 21 (2) of the RODO)

You can make this request at any time. Your data will not be processed for marketing purposes, i.e. we will not be able to inform you about our current activities or present you with offers that you might be interested in.

NOT SUBJECT TO AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING (Article 22 of the RODO)

This right does not apply because the automated processing of your personal data (including profiling) does not have legal or similar effects on you.

COMPLAINT TO A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY (Article 15 (1) (f) of the RODO)

At any time when you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Where can you submit a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data?

You have the right to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of your personal data by us to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

How long do we keep your personal data?

We store your personal data for marketing purposes until you object to such processing or until you withdraw your consent (depending on which of these events occurs first).

Who do we share your personal data with?

We provide your data to the email-marketing service provider, through which we send you information about our current activities. As part of this service, you have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter. In addition, your data is made available to our IT provider and service providers used by our Company in the field of marketing activities.

All entities that process your personal data on our behalf are required to provide appropriate technical and organizational measures for the purpose ensuring the protection of your personal data. Entities processing your personal data on our behalf may process it only on our documented request and for the purpose indicated by us.

Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?

Your data will be processed in an automated manner (e.g. using IT software that allows you to manage our clients' database), but as a result of such processing, no decisions will be made against you with legal, financial or other similar effects. Such processing may consist, for example, in creating appropriate categories of our clients and presenting them with offers based on their interest (based e.g. on the type of offer they are interested in).
