Who is the administrator of your personal data?
The administrator, i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data will be used, in the field of marketing activities is ODNOVA III Sp. z o.o. sp.j., with headquarters in Cracow (31-102), ul. Zwierzyniecka 14/9, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000888389, NIP number: 676-252-14-92, REGON number: 380664808 (hereinafter "We", "ODNOVA" or "Company").

What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by ODNOVA?
We process your personal data based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO), in order to:

Remember that the withdrawal of consent has effects only for the future - we will no longer process your data for marketing purposes, but the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn will be justified.
Do you need to provide us with your personal data?
Providing your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number) is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your request and present our offer to you. If, when consenting to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, you do not provide us with your contact details, we will not be able to effectively inform you about our current offer.
What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data?

How long do we keep your personal data?
We store your personal data for marketing purposes until you object to such processing or until you withdraw your consent (depending on which of these events occurs first).
Who do we share your personal data with?
We provide your data to the email-marketing service provider, through which we send you information about our current activities. As part of this service, you have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter. In addition, your data is made available to our IT provider and service providers used by our Company in the field of marketing activities.
All entities that process your personal data on our behalf are required to provide appropriate technical and organizational measures for the purpose ensuring the protection of your personal data. Entities processing your personal data on our behalf may process it only on our documented request and for the purpose indicated by us.
Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
Your data will be processed in an automated manner (e.g. using IT software that allows you to manage our clients' database), but as a result of such processing, no decisions will be made against you with legal, financial or other similar effects. Such processing may consist, for example, in creating appropriate categories of our clients and presenting them with offers based on their interest (based e.g. on the type of offer they are interested in).
